Awesome work! I enjoy watching your videos as you always do an excellent job and the quality of work is often far better than most, especially builders that slap up tons of track homes every month in new developments. From the lumber you use, the type of tung and grove you use on the top plates and elsewhere, the sealing of the subfloor framing, using expanding foam/glue to attach the subfloor, to the measurements and use of a hand planer to ensure everything is straight and true, and the fact that you use quality house wrap and tape all joints to ensure no air or water intrusion. No doubt there are others that do quality work, but I question if they actually take the same pride in their work to consistently perform at your level. As the saying goes, time and material costs are money, but it appears to me that you always put quality before saving a few bucks. I wish they had hand planers, nail guns, and all the other great materials when I was a framer for a few years in my youth! Again, great work!
I'm a beginner 😅 what's the name of the black membrane that you put everywhere around home? I like what you do, very informative and great working skills!
OSB boards are on the walls where they are required. Where they are not, there are braces. Roofing made of metal profiles does not imply OSB sheathing.

Beautiful carpentry guys! Stay safe! Greetings from down under Australia
Can you elaborate as to what’s making you concerned? Is it that he didn’t sandwich plywood in the header?
Why are the upper and lower frames temporarily connected?
Why is there no continuous foundation?
Esecuzione mirabile, carpentieri veri professionisti!

Why is there no OSB on the walls or roof
