    Oh my gosh that lumber is gorgeous!!! We can't get that kind of quality in the USA anymore!! I'm building my own home now and it's ridiculous the crap I have to make work just because there's so much culled pieces per bundle. Great video!!

    Awesome work! I enjoy watching your videos as you always do an excellent job and the quality of work is often far better than most, especially builders that slap up tons of track homes every month in new developments. From the lumber you use, the type of tung and grove you use on the top plates and elsewhere, the sealing of the subfloor framing, using expanding foam/glue to attach the subfloor, to the measurements and use of a hand planer to ensure everything is straight and true, and the fact that you use quality house wrap and tape all joints to ensure no air or water intrusion. No doubt there are others that do quality work, but I question if they actually take the same pride in their work to consistently perform at your level. As the saying goes, time and material costs are money, but it appears to me that you always put quality before saving a few bucks. I wish they had hand planers, nail guns, and all the other great materials when I was a framer for a few years in my youth! Again, great work!

    Great video, why film in portrait mode though? Landscape easier to watch on tv.

      Acestea sunt piloți din beton armat. Sunt specialiști care vin și îi pun în teren pentru proiectul tău. Există și un analog: grămezi cu șuruburi de fier. Numai că nu sunt ciocăniți, ci răsucite în pământ.

      Unfortunately, you can't please everyone. Some people find it more convenient to watch vertically when they're riding the subway to a ballroom dancing class. 🙂 The latest video was recently released in horizontal format, take a look, what do you think?

    Why is there no OSB on the walls or roof

    • @harshcarpenter
      @harshcarpenter  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      OSB boards are on the walls where they are required. Where they are not, there are braces. Roofing made of metal profiles does not imply OSB sheathing.
