It might be the user's fault but nah I just won't buy a poco phone. I can't trust them enough with all their issues in the past. I also have a classmate with Poco f6 pro. It didn't last a month because the phone went dead after he updated it to the latest software. My boardmate also owns a poco x5 before. But it only lasts 6 months before the screen won't respond. Yeah I have witnessed these issues with my naked eye. I'd rather pay more even sacrificing the specs just to get a reliable phone. I might never convince you enough because I can't show you evidence. I just don't recommend Poco phones to anyone.
