I just got mine in and it's and it's awesome. Dynamix 9 switching gives so much more options. I also have an RG3550MZ Jcraft from awhile back with the wizard neck. I still prefer the wizard neck much better than the AZ necks.
You never know with these sponsored videos if they gave them a special version made in USA that you cant get, or that they make sure its got a great setup if going to be used for a promotional video. Ive heard setup issues with this on different sites, but I agree it sounds amazing!
@@lelov1392 Look up setup reviews for this guitar on major Guitar store sites and you'll see a common complaint. Fender USA are playable straight out of box with no adjustments needed.
@@nathanglass512 you have to consider the fact that, Japanese guitar needs to cross another continent, sits there on the shipping containers for months, and then awaits clearance from the custom. I’m not a wood scientist, but I guarantee you that any instruments made of wood, primarily, will have some movement. Still when it comes to value Japanese guitars, dollar per dollar is way better made .Fender USA and custom shop are way overpriced. Made in USA by Mexicans. If you really want a good start, then get an Xotic California. I can’t stress enough how good their guitars are. I’ve handed over and set-upped countless guitars for more than 25 years. I’m talking from experience and not just random videos from TH-cam. Cheers
Looks amazing. Does it stay in tune though? My son bought a Prestige Tele, sent it back as the nut was really poorly made and fitted. Tried everything - even new Gotoh locking heads, but not even Ibanez specialists were able to resolve the problem. He eventually settled for a Fender Deluxe Tele😢
No matter the brand and guitar model - really matter is how you play. I'm shre that the same result will be on cheapest Fender or branded ESP. Just learn, just play! )

You have 24 fret options, search for Ibanez AZ2402 . I have had a 2204 and now have a 2402 , both prestige (MIJ). Great guitars, the roasted neck and floating Gotoh T1802 bridge with titanium saddles make this guitar a great performer for any genre.

The sound is in the player, as you can hear Lincoln Brewster demo his Strat with the same style and he makes it sound the same.
