Ancls padre mío RE2 tiene temas buenísimos, y code verónica también, re5 simplemente winds of madness y lost in nightmares se llevan su mérito, pero revelations casi todo el soundtrack es bellísimo

My favourite part is honestly right from the jump till 0:41, iirc it was the part they used for the "Next time.." segments after a chapter and as a teen it just felt so fucking epic. Almost turned this weird survival horror vibe into this weird whodunnit tv series given the plot and twists the game had.
I legit almost cried hearing this TwT More exactly at 2:01, other parts almost made me cry but this one touched my heart so hard because i knew it was the first cutscene ost and then it comes with that epic orchestra, just amazing 😭
Albert Wesker yeah, I liked the first one best because it was like an interactive detective/horror/action TV show, but at a slower pace at the same time! Few other games will be able to execute it as perfectly as RE:RE1 did.

Nicolás Rodríguez Ni 0 ni Code Veronica ni los Revelations son spin offs, todos son parte del canon principal de Resident Evil, como mucho se podría considerar a los Revelations como una sub saga al estilo Metroid Prime.
Luca Gilio No, los Outbreak (que comparten ambientación y universo) y los Chronicles (que aclaran dudas menores sobre ciertos personajes) son spin offs y canon a la vez. Code Veronica originalmente era RE 3 y solo se le cambio el nombre cuando Nemesis (el juego) entro en desarrollo para que no se hubiera confusión entre estos y ni que decir que continua la historia de Claire y Chris del 1 y 2 (básicamente es una secuela directa del 2) y ciertas revelaciones como la supervivencia de Wesker lo ponen firmemente dentro de la linea principal. Lo mismo pasa con Revelations 1, que arroja mas luz sobre los orígenes de la BSAA (organización importantísima dentro del universo RE) establece de forma mas concreta sobre las actividades de Tricell (que llevaba un tiempo utilizando espias) y engancha directamente con RE 5. Revelations 2 hace algo similar, continua la historia de Claire y Barry, conecta con Revelations 1 (FBC), se centra mucho mas en detalles que quedaron sin aclarar de RE 5 (vease la situación actual de Jill y lo que faltaba por saber sobre "los wesker) no solo cerrando tramas del 5 (podria decirse que Rev 1, 5 y Rev 2 forman una especie de mini trilogía) sino que también hace de nexo directo con RE 6 (mas fondo sobre el conflicto en Edonia, los países vecinos, y la mención de Piers como compañero de Chris) Claramente son parte del canon principal, continuan la trama principal en lugar de centrarse en otro aspecto al mismo tiempo que comparten universo (la definición de spin off) es decir, la saga principal consta de 11 juegos en realidad.
This tune is so great. Loved how they also used it in Revelations 2 (one of my favorite RE games, hands down). IMO, they should use this track for the main entry games too. It could easily have become the recognizable main theme of the RE series. Yet in typical Capcom fashion, they "wasted" it on the spin-offs, lmao.
