Sadly a lot of people who have psychopathic & narcissistic personalities end up in positions of authority. Jobs such as the healthcare field, clergy, some type of law enforcement. It’s all about power & dominance.
Hi Michael. I hope you will respond to this comment. I am a sitting board member on a State a Council for Judicial Accountability. I don't feel it is appropriate to publicly disclose which state I am seated. I would be interested in speaking with you about the process you used to hold this judge accountable. We have a similar concern in our state. I hope to hear from you in the comment section. Thank you.
Hi! I made a formal complaint to the NYS Commission on Judicial Ethics and, although they dismissed the complaint without taking any disciplinary action against the judge (they did not tell me why but I heard it was because his court clerk and not him forged the document), they still did a plenary investigation. They contacted other attorneys who appeared before him and took statements, observed the proceeding in his court room, and made him produce records and cooperate with their investigation. Again through the grape vine, it is my belief that is why this guy, who should have retired years ago and has an ego the size of Montana, did not run for re-election. Feel free to call if you have any questions 914-777-2990.
@@michaelpalumbo4880 Understood. My name is Mike. I think I will probably want to call you soon. We have a judiciary in my state that is resistant to legislative oversight and there is an ongoing power struggle between our judicial branch and the legislators. We are working with the senators to try and restore their constitutional oversight powers and attempt to create a Judicial Standards Commission. It's really a mess. These judges believe they should be allowed to discipline themselves rather than submit to oversight. I'm reaching out to you on a hunch that you may be able to counsel us on a process. It seems to me that we shouldn't be trying to reinvent the wheel when it looks like you've actually accomplished what we may need to do. My name is Mike. I will reach out to you soon. Thank you sir.
So wheres the part where he got removed from the bench? Cause him deciding to not run again is NOT him being removed. A lawyer should know better. Then u even say "they could have removed him from the bench." Indicating they did not. U get a dislike on this video, not because of the story u told, but because u lied in ur video title.

A judge allowed his grandson babysitter to prejury me in court based on friendship not law

Turn them in .... Or admit & blame & hold yourself accountable for the damages caused by your knowledge ... & failure to mediate ....
