I just want to make content for the game I enjoy and come back without some people talking about "oh did you hear what blah blah blah" said about you. you’d be surprised. there recently was a problem where a young girl, a lesbian, said dr ratio was a pretty character on her acc she mostly talks about the hsr girls on. soooooo many adults were among the people who bullied the kid off twitter for simply finding a male character good looking and started to invalidate her own lesbianism 💀 the adults in gacha are just as pathetic, if not more so.
tbh genshin content creators are in their mid 30s’ and they sow just as much toxicity into the fandom if not more. and when i was a minor i didnt use any platforms outside of youtube because i was too scared to argue, plus i see so many current minors who play this game be chill and just as careful. so im pretty sure its the late teenagers/ young adults because they just care less about courtesy as they grow up and have more experience with internet. just my opinion though cuz im so tired of seeing middle aged adults or adults who turned 18 like yesterday blame everything on kids as if their age makes them immune to being shit people

Atsu started it all by process of virtue signaling gaslighting and dehumanizing others while acting like his own problems were actually important when he failed his own marriage and brought down everyone with him with his last statement only to set it up in a way to be the victim when he's the abuser. Seen the other people and they are way less evil or crazy than atsu(for reference I followed him since the optc days). Also knows he's bad by removing posts from his latest video before he went burn it all mode. All this started over a character and song nobody even remembers or cares about anymore and then just spiraled from there. Literally acting like Twitter stans who don't watch or care about a series but will be very vocal about it to Garner attention Feels like a lot of these people watch mha aot evongelion and have main character self insert syndrome thinking they can do no wrong while everyone else is the problem. Never found these series deep myself as I actually grew up and most if not all anime is literally stuck to teenagers and pretending they are the most important thing around and people who call out the bad writing or story get blocked out. Frankly I found it hilarious how they all self destoryed themselves and hopefully good riddance.

See its real interesting what you said because this made me remember a video i saw a couple weeks ago, this rage bait stuff sells, pretty much any social media doesn’t care if your video attracts good or bad interaction, the only thing that matters is if attracts interaction, so what happens is people see this, and automatically say “oh, if i do something controversial, then i’ll get views and get paid for it”, there’s whole twitter accounts dedicated to it (like some guy called ihateapple or something), the best thing you can do is ignore them, any video, any post, any tweet, because all you’re doing if you interact with them is indirectly paying them, or generating more interaction so that their bullshit gets on other people’s feed, its simply not worth trying to do something about it because that’s simply how the system works, and they’re not going to stop posting stupidity anyways, so be happier, not even like “block” them, just click “im not interested” or straight up mute them, its better that way.

It's like the people who got attracted to those things just gravitated to Genshin / HSR + incels / other shitty ppl and it became the most toxic. It just gets worse and worse. I really hate it.
