I know I'm not Chloe but I could answer this since iw as also awarded the Think Big Scholarship. It is open to international students and you have to apply to the university for any course that isn't medicine, dentistry or veterinary sciences. If you fulfill this you can then apply and to do so you have to write a few mini essays and only thise chosen are awarded the scholarships. Hope this helps😅
