With how much love the Flakkening gets, I can genuinely recommend High Fleet for more of that feeling. Just uh, easy on the sound when you do. Also, a cursed flak sound miss/hit would be the Windwaker Splish/Kaboom sounds.
Enterprise rent a car manager here. Yeah we can't rent to the legally blind, you can't book under one name and then just come pick it up. We scan in everyone's license every time, confirm age and name and all of that for accurate underwriting. If you're young you can rent, for a fee and only cars under a certain size. Not sure about Hertz or budget tho. They probably don't give a fuck real talk lol
