Hi! thanks for the video. I did this upgrade and fork is working great, except - on rebound the fork fully extends and Tops out/ clicks. Reminds me of a loose headset back in the day. Action is good on compression and rebound, but if Iean back and lift then it tops out. Any experience with this and a solution? I found one thread suggestion that maybe i misaligned an O ring...? But no neg. pressure issue. Maybe first trouble shoot is to add oil to motion control rebound damper?

Hello. Unfortunatelly I don't have such expirience. I just did this with my fork once. The bike is already with new owner. In your case I would look for answer in the service manual for this fork. I found for my for a nice one with a big table of spare parts (sorry don't remember where). I compared type and year of production and found the proper part that was available. This was a sign that it is possible. So if you can find something like this and find proper part then try. If the change is not possible, at least you will spend some $$ and do a ground maitenence of the fork.
@@marcinhryniszak seeing well, the problena is the rod that is in the hydraulic part. With 110mm air shaft, the rod of the hydraulic part is longer, with the 120mm one it becomes shorter and therefore in extension the rod of the hydraulic part reached the end of the stroke.

Hi there! Just ordered the parts to increase the travel to 120mm on my Reba. Was not expecting needing to touch on the damper side. Is it really necessary to add oil to the damper? Thanks!
Hi. In my case i was exchanging the oil so i checked the level during exchange. I would check how it works without air (maximum travel and where it stops)

Could you put links to the parts you used?

So it mean, to increase the travel I just need to put more oil?

Why first I changed the air spring piston to longer one...

Or
100mm and 120mm
