My left hand keeps turning to the right and makes me land with my right hand pushing and then my left hand pushing off my elbow, any tips for this?

I did this, and was going completely perfect however on the landing my right hand middle finger I landed on. Fortunately I didn't break it but now I'm so scared to try again because I completely landed on it.

Ground doesnt rebounds, its just a soft matting on a solid floor..
It doest really make bouce off that much..
your knees aren't bend because you r on a ground that rebounds. do this on a hard floor ( grass, stones), and you will have to bend your knees much more! or am i wrong?

Well all I did was fall on my butt , well what ever I’m over with it I’m obviously never gonna learn it
Idk if you still care about this skill but you can do it. I never thought I would learn any gymnastics skills but this year i realized that some things are worth the fear they create. Gymnastics is scary but i love it so i have to try. Have a good day.
