Yea, I kept checking all day for your next video drop. I love pamper me days, I call them. My mom’s grandmother raised her in the country on their farm and mom talked about burning bundles of herbs at the fall time of year to winter, winter to spring when they would burn then to cleanse the air in their home. She and my aunt talked about it. I always was curious about that. What was in it? Were there different bundles? Sulfur and some other ingredients. Love the big baby dog climbing into mom’s lap😀 Happy anniversary!

So now, I try to stop and breathe so I can focus on what I need that helps me to be a better person. This in turn helps me to refocus my life on how I can help and give to others!!!! Ally, thank you for making and sharing these videos. I live in Texas and have always wanted to live somewhere that actually has true seasons. Our weather is so sporadic its 80 degrees on day and 20 the next. We had record heat this Christmas. Being able to watch your winter videos has made the heat her bearable. Keep up the good work. 👍

sometimes! i usually would reference the all trails app. however, sometimes i just go off of knowing the mileage and then see how the terrain is as it happens :)

ahhh i love cucumbers!! a nice cool one always de-puffs and hydrates my eyes wonderfully. i can picture the sensation of using it to cleanse your skin, i will try this!
