I've sometimes read comments like this but i never thought i'd be making one. My mom passed away on feb, and you guys always cheered me up, for like a decade, but now you make my day not so hard for an hour and you don't know how much that helps. I've been catching up to this might get real too, even if have zero knowledge of american reality tv. So thank you, it's a weird thing to say but idk what else could express my feelings
it doesn’t get easier but over time you will feel lighter. tmgw has been my favorite goofy silly escape from the heavy seasons in life. sending love your way 🫶🫶
So sorry for your loss 🫶 grief & life’s other rough curveballs are never fun to navigate but I agree these ladies are such a treat to listen to. They’ve gotten me through health issues & grief too. Always put a smile on my face & help keep the darkness at bay, even when it’s just for a little while. 💖
The first Grace Helbig video I ever saw was the My Drunk Kitchen macaroni salad episode back in the day. I subscribed to Grace immediately and have been watching her ever since. So, this feels full-circle.
Love the intensity of the pasta salad talk. I honestly thought they were gunna fight for a split second. Grace, I love your simple palate. I am the same. What is it about being in your 30’s that all of a sudden all you want is your mom’s recipes? Mamrie, if I came to a picnic and the only pasta salad available had celery I might cry. I hate celery. But I’d give the beans a go 🤷♀️ especially since you don’t eat meat it makes sense
4:11 I remember meeting you guys at vidcon and you were so sweet!! Always tell people that the nicest youtubers I met there were Grace and Mamrie. Met Grace at a Meet and Greet and Mamrie and a panel and made them sign a Swedish flag (my home country) that I still have ‘till this day. Easy to remember what year it was because Grace hade her brown hair.
the male lead in that Anne Hathaway romance movie coming out, was also in “Bottoms” last year and I can’t recommend a comedy enough !!! he’s so good in it
I’m with Grace on the cold noodles, I went through a period where I was hating hot foods, so my solution was to just cook food ahead of time and immediately put it in the fridge so I could just have the cold version of cooked foods. I was eating a lot of pasta salad during that time too.
My first podcast ep btw. I finally found how I can watch mamrie. Such a special part of my TH-cam childhood lol love y’all both! (I’ll binge after this one)
YALL at GFS they sell dried crispy jalapeños just like the onions for green bean casserole and they are AMAZING on salads, casseroles, sandwiches, soups, pastas, everythinggg

Kidney beans in a pasta salad makes so much sense and sounds delicious. Also, I've always loved peas, but have been secretive about my love for them because I though there was this universal hatred of them.
I literally felt nauseas when Mamrie was talking about beans and celery on pasta. Oh no Mamrie, just no. And yes we absolutely need a 4/20 livestream. Love you gals!!!!
1. Penne A La Vodka (specifically the Dan Grossey Recipe) 2. Mac and Cheese (loved baked, fancy, or cheap) 3.Cold Soba Noodles with a spicy soy sauce 4. Fettuccine Alfredo 5. Fall Bake: (to preface) My mom makes the best Lasagna but we are usually one piece and done even though she made a big casserole dish. What our new "lasagna" is something we lovingly refer to as "Fall Bake". I love making a Butternut Squash soup; roasted butternut, scooped into a soup pot, broth and seasoning and then pureed. Easy recipe and the seasoning can be interchangeable based on taste. I like to make it seasonally with warm seasonings and some S&B curry seasoning; I'm digressing. My mom will take the left over soup (since I keep mine a little thicker) and she uses it as a sauce with lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture with Kale (or any green) and then she uses chicken sausage (but could be made meatless or with additional veggies in there). It's our new lasagna; it's the thing that when winter comes around, my family is asking me to make the soup so my mom can make fall bake! the only reason its not up higher is because its a seasonal thing. 6. Bolognese Pasta 7. Tuna Noodle Salad (if to divisive, Pasta Salad) 8. Stuffed Noodles (Stuffed Shells, Ravioli, Tortellini, etc) 9.Hamburger Noodle 10. Thai Noodles (Drunken, pad se ewe, etc.)

Farfalle with pesto sauce 7. Gnocchi with vodka sauce 8. Singapore rice noodles 9. Shrimp lo mein 10. Spaghetti and meatballs Thank you and goodnight!
Sorry to be basic but my #1 is absolutely a creamy chicken alfredo, OR mac and cheese (3x cheese) with chicken and a dash of garlic and herbs... which nobody makes but it's on my own personal menu concoction.
Mmm home made mac n cheese with bacon, onions, mushrooms (optional) and I like to add peas because I live on the wild side. Then I shred cheese on top, add bread crumbs and broil it a little so it gets crispy on top … 🤤 🤤 craving it now.
I do love a good crusty top on a mac’n’cheese…there’s a wood fire oven place near me that makes their mac’n’cheese by baking it in the same wood fire oven and it is amazing
another way to incorporate peas into a pasta dish is macaroni and peas, my polish nana always made it with wide macaroni so some noodles would have a surprise lil pea inside and id use my fork to stuff as many peas as possible into one noodle lols
Per the future soup rankings: would you consider stew a "soup"? 🤔 Nood Rankings: 1) Thai Drunken Noodles 2) Mac & Cheese 3) Baked Ziti 4) Fusilli and Pesto 5)Pastitsio (what I affectionately call Greek Lasagna)

I'm so confused, is all pasta considered 'noodles' in America? Because pasta and noodles are not the same food item 😭 Like I could understand spaghetti or linguine but any other pasta isn't even noodle shaped, let alone actually a noodle??
I’m not doing a full ranking but some pastas in that would be in my top ten would be Mexican street corn pasta salad, cheese tortellini, Mac & cheese, and penne all’arrabiata. I also make a penne dish with asparagus, parm, and olive oil that I love. I am sooo hungry now
I've made a buffalo chicken pasta salad and put celery in it and it's delicious. ... and there's nothing wrong with loving tuna casserole. Keep pandering
Hawaiian mac salad is elite. Even when I hated mayo I loved that shit. Mamrie, I'm with you about the kidney beans. My mom always put kidney beans in the pasta salad, so to me it tastes like childhood. I think it's common in the Midwest?
As an Italian (born and living in Italy) I loved the dedication in the pasta discussion, even if you said some really "lawless" things🥲 Also, penne alla vodka is such an 80s dish, love it💖
Grace, next time you order from The Cheesecake Factory try the spicy chicken chipotle pasta. It goes with what Mamrie was talking about southwest flavors on pasta. Love you both!❤ So happy you are feeling better.😃
