- Replicant is the name of Death Selektor first album, coming out in the first half of October 2022.
Taking influences from action, horror and sci-fi movies from the 80s and early 90s, and bands like Perturbator, Carpenter Brut, The Algorithm and Volkor X (without them this would not have been possible). Trying to make dark electronic tones and find my own sound.

This... Hell, your entire catalogue. You've made some of the best synth music I've heard. Seriously. It's mindblowing you aren't better known.
Now this is some nice Selektions of songs
Now that's some realy damn good music. For someone like me, who've already heard all Carpenter's and Perturbator's songs for thousands of times this is a breath of fresh air and i must admit this is extremly tasty air!
Perturbator is one of my main influences, you can tell. I've also listened to the entire Carpenter Brut discography and it's great. I'm working on my new album and I can say that it's an even better job than this album. Thanks for listening!
@@deathselektor by the way, The Lost War is scary as hell, scary and unsettling. It reminds of old cyberpunk animes with very dark atmosphere, gore and horrific human mechanization
Viva mexico,hombre...didnt knew there are musicians that are making such impressing futuristic sounds...im a fan of most electronic music. Tangerine Dream,Klaus Schulze,Young Gods (CH),Kraftwerk,Zombie (UK),Mark Shreeve,Carpenter,Soundtracks, some synth pop like Gary Numan & heavy metal, prog rock...even jazz & classic music. I admit your compositions are really smart! Will keep an eye on you what your doing next,my friend!😊🎉🧘🏼♂️
This is exactly what I want from my dark electro
Your aliases overall (especially this one), deserve even my attention; you brought forth something quite unique with each take, and picked the right influences for such art.
Mmmm oh yeah. Im hooked.
wow... I so damn love this
Awesome album! Thank you for the great work!
Thank you for your support. It's always welcome that someone comes here from time to time to listen to my work. Thanks again!
@@deathselektor I listen your album for the fourth day in a row. Perfect stuff for daily routine or work. Thank you again!
Goes hard! Will come back for a 2nd listen. Unrelated to the music, but is the cover AI art or not? Kinda feel like that is trending for Synthwave artists nowadays. Anyway, cheers!
It is AI generated
These songs are heavy, but I didn't know they were going to be this heavy.
Шикарно👍👍👍
:-O_ Holy molly..This is sick!
Amazing job my man!
Replicant sticks out, but the sound is so good too.
Great album art.
Super cool!!! Merci!!!
Thanks for listening!
Awesome :)
This is great, subscribed
Allright, it seems I can't stop listening to this.
@@Allcozeltser It took me a lot of effort to make this album, I'm already working on the next one and I hope it's also to your liking to listen to it more than once. Thanks for listening.
@@deathselektor 49 subscribers, what in the heck? Your content is amazing, I assume you need some marketing. I have no way of helping in that regard whatsoever. Good luck on your new album!
@@Allcozeltser I have tried to do everything and I have been rejected in many places, maybe because I am a new artist I have not been taken so seriously, but the few people who have taken the time to listen to my work have told me incredible comments and that makes me it keeps going. For my next album I will do it with a small label and that pushed me a bit. Thanks again!
Ohhhhhhhhh
Que bueno.
Great album, would love it if you could compose darksynth with elements consisting of ancient culture (aztec? 😆) sounds. Darksynth is getting mainstream, yet its creativity to evolve and bring new, unique elements to the genre is lacking. Incorporating elements of ancient sounds would certainly add a fresh twist to darksynth music, and could create an interesting and immersive soundscape. It would be exciting to see how the haunting, synth-driven sounds of darksynth would mesh with traditional instruments and sounds from ancient civilizations
You won't believe me, but I once thought about it, even though I'm from Mexico I've researched a lot about instruments from the Aztec culture and I've even managed to get samples and recordings of some, since my other project is dungeon synth, maybe in a In the future, carry out a project where I mix all this. Thanks for listening!
Hola.
1000 variations of default saw bass and u call it darksynth or watever. man its just boring. learn signal processing and make a real song
As you did?
@@danyael777 yes man it aint hard but this is just bad shit
@@kos8765 Maybe it's not 100% pro work but i like it. I've been using REASON for almost two decades now and it can get over your head at times.
