I followed these directions, but instead of pulling off the thing he pulled off (with tweezers), there was a slightly loose little white plug in that same area but towards the left. Reach in with your finger or a flathead screwdriver and push it down. It helps to take a picture of it first, then zoom in to see that it’s not seated perfectly. Then compare to the “after” photo you take. The difference will be minimal, but that’s all it takes. The white plug is clearly visible in this video about 2 seconds before the tweezers enters the shot. Btw the problem with mine was that the screen was on, but it wasn’t responding to my touch. So it’s slightly different than his problem. His froze or would not turn on at all. But as long as you’re in there, check both connections.
