are there times where you feel like approach velocity isnt worth taking? i see some people not take it and it always makes me feel like they screwed themselves out of the amazing kiting potenial. that being said it makes me feel like her runes become a little cookie cutter.

If it feels better to you and you notice instances of catching ppl using the rune, keep it.
If you notice times when you'd rather have a different secondary rune, then take note and decide over time whether one is better.
I typically always run lethal, presence, flex, flex, then free boots and approach.
If I didn't run boots and approach, I would run cheap shot and ultimate hunter
