Please ooh... for the sake of understanding, how do we differentiate the road from the shoulder or even the oncoming lane? is it at the discretion of the police. reason being that there are no road markings on that section of the road and it is unusually wide able to accommodate four lanes of traffic. As much as we wish to sanitize and make the roads safe let's not loose sight of the fact that there are technically no "rules" (road markings Directing drivers) to follow in driving at such section. so why then do you arrest a driver who you have left to use his discretion for using his discretion. ??

You are too smart! This whole documentary is just funny sometimes, they've missed the bigger picture! They're asking Ghanaians to live within the mediocre conditions provided. When the cameras are off everything returns to normal. Wasting police resources like this!!!

How can this documentary be funny? The other guy has raised an important point of road markings. None of the drivers questioned the road signs because it is the signs that tells what to do as a driver. But it also tells the knowledge of drivers on the road regarding the rules. We have live in bribing the police for farb too long. The authorities must quickly fixed these. Without these markings, there should be some sort of orderliness on the road. We have been indiscipline for far too long. Living like animals in this country. Kudos to the fight. It must continue unabated!

You have a point there because there are no road markings separating the road from the shoulder. However this is a single lane road so if you are not in that lane you are breaking the law.Until our leaders see fit to use some of our resources to mark the roads instead of paying millionaire footballers who couldnt win sand at La beach we will have make do but use common sense while driving.

Good job but the problem of what is being done to ease the traffic still holds. People study queuing theory in optimisation and should have solution. Nonetheless, services must be put in place to help people abide by the laws easily. Most people wouldn’t have driven by the shoulders of the road if the road was expanded enough to accommodate the traffic.🤔

How could this arrests be justified when there are no road marks. The roads l see in these citi tv videos have no road signs or marks to inform motorist of the rules and regulations. In proper court of law all the drivers should be discharged and ask the road management and police to ensure motorists are inform of what is allowed and not. E.g. there are no marks that show you can’t drive on the shoulders.

Really? The practice is that if a call is very important, you can clear properly off the road, answer your call and join the traffic. Ghana needs to work on expanding the lanes of its roads and create proper places where people can park. This is the problem Nigeria faces in Lagos which subsequent governments have tried to correct without success. In the design of the new federal capital at Abuja, all these were corrected. The roads were widened significantly and there are designated lanes where you can clear properly. Road shoulders are also designed to make it impossible to drive on. Populations are increasing. Governments need to plan for this.

Please the MTTD should stop the bloggers from spoiling this program, Only Citi TV Gh should have the accreditation to air this program, i saw a 'sakora microphone' parasiting it, that is no no no! Sorry to the law abiding man, its good to stop and answer a phone call but at the right and permitted place sir, do consider the safety of other road users that's why the High ways Authority will demarcate the right place for emergency purposes. Assuming you were in the washroom and your phone is ring outside would you stop the act and pick up just because it was a call? Citi TV heed to the advice of one commentator on the issue of blurring number plates however nobody have asked and high profile person in Ghana to be so stupid to offend Road traffic regulation so if that commentator is their PRO he should displace his anger on his bosses and not Citi TV. Next time i will give it to you raw @Mbonu Jerry Akwasi.
