I know its abit late for my comment but for that bottom drain u could have drilled in circle and some more inside circle and the use the sds chisel to knock out the concrete in the circle place ur drain and could concrete around it to secure only another 2 hours of drilling hahaa and for the pipe get a sthl saw and cut 2 lines then use sds chisel again to remove in the lines
