I've "returned" several items, but if they're damaged, they don't have me send it back. Some I've been able to fix and use. I feel like getting my money back, even tho I can use it, sends them the message that they should package better. Plus, they can't resell it in that condition, so I shouldn't be paying for it in that condition. Bonus: fixing it keeps it out of the landfill 😄

If you contact them on chat they will refund or send you another and you won't have to send that one back. I have gotten several things that were damaged in shipping. I just take a picture of them and give them the purchase order number. They won't ask you to send the bad one back.
If truth be know TEMU probably made both of them. Because most brand names come from China.
