Hi sir I can tell you from personal experience everything you're feeling from the vibrational buzzing under the skin to the fasciculations (muscle twitches), I believe it's just the broken nerve signals and as the IVIG starts to work that will happen less and less. I will say for me the pain of cidp kind of stays around for a while but further long with treatment it should get better.
