    Sir in coffee example due to difference b/w the hot air above the cup it will automatically goes up and the denser cool air will be settled on cup so it is free convection right?

    Sir actually if we increase the velocity of fluid it's heat transfer coefficient increases, so heat dissipation is more, and heat transfer coefficient is independent of temperature difference(correct me if i am wrong )

      Brother heat transfer coefficient is depend on many factor like phase change etc.

    We always plot T-S diagram. Why do we not plot S-T diagram. Why we take temperature on Y-axis(dependent variable) not on X-axis rather it is a property. Entropy is function of temperature so entropy should be plotted on Y-axis.
