Awesome art journal spread, I love the ocean paint and then when you starting using the cheddar, I'm thinking in my head no don't do it lol, and then the pink, they look fabulous together, thank you for sharing
Amber thank you for this. I’m going to make myself a teeny journal today and I’m not going to watch another video today until I put this page or something similar together. Another thing I love about you, as an artist, is that you’re not a perfectionist. For example, when you were putting the yellow dots on the shapes, I gasped when some larger blobs came out of your posca pen. I loved that you weren’t phased (well maybe you were but I couldn’t tell) you just kept on with your page and when you were done, it all belonged. You are so good.
Super pretty. I just wanted to let you know that Diana Wakey also has gessos too. I bought a set of white, clear, and black at Hobby lobby the other day!
Beautiful page! Just when I started to wonder how you were gonna work with the distress ink without smudging it, out came the UTEE, GENIUS! I've never used it to affix my oxides before, gonna try that very soon! TFS! ♡ ♡ ♡
This was so much fun, and with a great outcome. I wonder why you are the only TH-cam artist I have seen who seems to use PPA. I have been using it for years and it is one of the best products I have ever used.
How does the mat truly work? Is it better than Rangers brown mat or another brown mat? I’m in need of something as mine is almost ruined but don’t want to buy another small one. So if you could get back to me, greatly appreciated. Thanks oh ❤️❤️ your art, your videos were actually the first art videos I started watching when I got into art journaling
Just Beautiful. All of your work is great! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I am really inspired and love your printable. I def need to check those out. I have been trying to figure out how to get the distress ink into small areas of whatever paper I am using forever now since all of my ink pad dabbles are bigger.... but I have never seen a small ink dabber stick like that. Can I ask where you got it please? Thank you so much for your time in making these videos

I love this so much! I would never have thought of using embossing powder like that! I don't have the oxide ink pads but I have the spray - do you think it would work kind of the same?
The method you used to apply the paint was unique and produced a beautiful result. Really interesting spread. Thanks! 😀👍🏻

Love the play in the art journal! I didn’t know you emboss with distress inks! Thanks for posting!
It has to be Distress Oxide Inks. Regular distress inks won't work. =) Thank you for watching!!! ♥

@@AmberKCreative oh goody thank you so much for responding. Eek I can't wait to try it.

Hi! I'm not sure if the spray would be thick enough? It's worth a try though. =D
Do you like Dana weakly’s acrylics better than the dylusions acrylics? I haven’t tried the Dana weakly ones yet.
I like them both but I love Dina's colors and I like that they are in bottles/tubes. =)
Cute
Thanks, Jackie!!
Can you tell what brushes you use? I like the first from the looks where you spreed the gesso
I think that was just from a cheap variety pack that I picked up at Michael's. =)
@@AmberKCreative lol ok ... this weekend i go to a craft convention... gonna look for something ... greetings from germany
Did you make this book or bought it ?
Amber has added an Amazon link to an alternative book as this one is discontinued. It's in the materials list ❤
