Thomas & Friends: Blue Mountain Mystery Storybook Adaptation

When Thomas finds a green locomotive named Luke hiding away at the Blue Mountain Quarry, Luke tells Thomas about his accident when he knocked Victor The Steamworks Locomotive off a ship when they arrived to Sodor & how he might be sent away but when Paxton overhears Luke's backstory, he tells Devious Diesel who tracks down Luke & tries to tell Sir Topham Hatt & Mr. Percival to get Luke into trouble!
Can Thomas stop Devious Diesel & clear Luke's name from any wrong doing?????

Not to mention Rheneas was repainted yellow just so whoever own the show around that time could sell toys of a recolored character & not toys of Duncan the actual yellow engine.
