Hi, first time I am visiting your channel, my attorney told me about it. Thank you for the very clear and concise explanation. I have subscribed. Best wishes & Happy New Year!
if more than 20000, applicants paid fee and submitted the documents, on what basis they will prioritize and do they refund for the people doesn’t get prioritized?
Has anyone successfully paid the MRV fee? I've completed the DS160 but can't find the link to pay the MRV fee. Any guidance on where to submit the application fee of $205 would be appreciated.
Thank you for the information. Much appreciated! I have a question about my specific case. I haven't yet gotten my H1b stamped, but it was extended last year since I had reached my H1b expiry date. Does that mean that I am not eligible for this Pilot since I never got a stamp?
It means the visa was newly issued/renewed through Personal appearance (PA) during the last visit? If so, the visa was issued through interview waiver (drop box) last time was not eligible? In my case I did my first visa stamping through Personal appearance at US consulate in India on 2013 and later one at 2017. After that the stamping was issued through the drop box on August 2021. Am I eligible in this case as my previous visa was issued through drop box and no fingerprints taken at that time?
Both my wife and I have NIE stamping in the given timeframe from 2021 so we do qualify and both are on H1s. However, we are suppose to travel to India from for 2 weeks on Feb 1st. My question is say we apply for the stateside renewal on the 29th of Jan, could we then travel and submit our paperwork after coming back from India? Our visas are still valid and we will be re-entering in H1 status. Both my wife and I have NIE stamping in the given timeframe from 2021 so we do qualify and both are on H1s.
It is mainly due to the backlogs of wait times in India and China. Other countries do not have such issue with backlog, so they are not part of this pilot.
This is just polit program, as backlog is more in india they are testing with India and Canada, once all goes well, they are planning to open it for all. may be in coming few months.
Thanks for the clear summary. A step in the right direction which I hope is rolled out at a bigger scale.

You are eligible only if you entered USA with H1B visa stamped in India between FEB 2021 to SEP 2021.
Any guess on when they might open this program for people who got visa stamped later or earlier than the current cutoff dates
We do not know at this point. Mostly mid year or end of the year 2024

Can you apply if the I94 has expired but the visa is valid ?
Same query. But I think it should be fine, because i94 should’ve expired by Sep 30 th for everyone that got stamped in the given window
why do you want to apply when visa is valid?
@@BeingAbdul by valid visa, i797. Not the stamped visa
Your I797 will should have a valid i94 attached to it.
@prasannazv9537 any idea how to pay fees for pilot program applications
Does the Visa stamping done in 2022 eligible for stamping with in USA ? Thanks
No - if it was done in India.
No, visa stamped between FEB 2021 to SEP 2021 is only eligible for pilot program.

Was it stamped between FEB 2021 to SEP 2021, than you are eligible, just check those 12 points.
@@BeingAbdul Yes I qualify in the time period , but one of your point says valid visa , what is that?
@@baiduryabanerjee6899 If you qualify for all 12 criteria, than you can try for this. All the best.

This is no good news at all at least for me it seems that was specifically done for India.
