- Coming back to you guys with another Hawker Food Challenge! We went to Golden Mile Food Centre for this episode and the situation there seems pretty bad. Do support the hawkers if you guys are in the area!

I never miss a chance to eat at Hawker Centers when I am in Singapore. I last visited there in Dec 2019, hope to visit as soon as travel opens to the my most favourite destination in the world.

I am from India.
Last I heard there is a 15 day quarantine for incoming and I am yet to get fully vaccinated.
Some places I love are the old Airport Road Hawker Center, then one at Marine Parade (famous for Satay) and Amoy Street.
There used to be a old bakery and Kaya Toast place in Katong called Chin Mee Chin or CMC Confectionary, which I think closed temporarily. I used to like that too. Old Uncles and Aunties serving delicious stuff.
I also like some that are in Orchard, in building basements etc. Love exploring these small gems.
Think Singapore is the food Capital of the East.

One thing I agree fully with FoodKing is that fried Hokkien prawn mee, be it wet or dry versions, tasted best when tabao. Good video, support local hawkers during this difficult time. And u seems to have actually up ur spice tolerance level after that monster curry's challenge.

Nice vid as it’s cool to see you go to diff hawker centers to support them. Although now we can dine in (although only for 2 pax) I hope you can make this as a mini series and go to diff hawker centers and support them? SG got so many hawker food and hawker centers I bet it will take a while for you to clear them all 😂

I think any other ordinary person would be full from just one bite/mouthful of each type of dish here 🤣 You should do a challenge with food from convenience stores.. just get everything from Family Mart or any other convenience store in singapore xD (and also include desserts!)

Since it’s the durian season now, can I suggest u go and destroy a durian buffet? I know gain city got one at 1/2 July. Price is $58 per pax. Need to rsvp. BB also got many durian. I saw they giv u a crate ask u fill it to the max for an amount.
