I was referring to the episode, "Bad Wolf". Yes, they did kiss in "Parting of the Ways" which led to the Doctor's regeneration, but Billie mentioned something about kissing him "again" so I thought that she was speaking of another kiss scene they shot which ended up not making it in the final cut.
They asked her which pairing she would Ship and she didnt know what it meant so they had to explain it to her. I am sure the full interview or a more complete clip is around here somewhere. She was more diplomatic in this interview than in others where she has come right out and said 10/Rose.
