Epic day of fishing during the Kayak Fishing Utah State Championship! (Day 1)

Day 1 of the Kayak Fishing Utah State Championship was awesome! We fished Sand Hollow Reservoir in Hurricane, UT. This is one of the best lakes in Utah for largemouth bass in my opinion. I used power fishing techniques as well as finesse. A lot of fish were caught, as well as a true Utah giant. This is a 2 part video. Day 2 will be posted soon. I hope you Enjoy the video!

Where's all the boaters and the wind? Looks like a good day. That bass was nice. Question are the bass hugging the bottom this time of year or are they suspended at a certain depth?

@@FTOTF1 Likely relating to bottom. Some fish will be suspended but it all depends on where the bait is.
