omg :) i love Trish McEvoy so I much I got a job working for her at Saks Las Vegas 2002-2004 i could easily put a planner together in a snap. those are the best things ever !!! she was amazing to work for because she would hop on the conference calls and give us direct sales techniques and customer service/connecting advice.
