If i remember, there is a black wisp, it appeared in my game when i was playing around with the chair and falling off the radio tower or what ever its called, then it appeared it turn my screen to black and when i played my save again, it never appears again
yup thats because its one of those things that doesnt pressist between play sessions
mostly because what the black wisp does is hard crash your game.
same with the shadow man who slowly approaches you until he touches you. but unlike the black wisp the shadow man ignores the fact that you pause the game. he can approach you while the game is paused.
much like how the red skeleton creature can hijack your mouse on menu screens.
Oh, sorry i forget to say, wisps are spawnable at the night, and if you need to spawn it without screamers just write that 'classic' command *toggledebugcamera* and fly away and spawn it.
