Also do your chores, clean your room, go outside and walk around a bit. This will help everyone going through anything similar. But humzh probably fr sounds like he needs a therapist bad, the shit never leaves you, you need to process it by getting it out of your mind. Being a man is also learning how to regulate your emotions, you can't go through life all day feeling like shit, sleeping like shit, it will make your life shit and you will be shittier at the things you want and need to do. You can't medicate your way out of all your mental issues, you gotta talk to people (a therapist) about these things and learn how to deal with them and work past them.

and with the fat therapist guy lol, some people enjoy food and it gives them happiness to eat, better than getting hard into drugs like i did, everyone wants happiness but most cant find it directly, and yes if you have a testosterone deficiency its good to take it, but dont go crazy with it or itll make you hella emotional and angry easily, roid ish

i worked 6 years in 3 shift. its rly hell on earth. u are always tired, u have almost no social life cause of your worktimes. fck shift work
