But like you said, when my faves get too tight, it's time to act. Drink lots of water and watch your sweet intake. Go with natural sugar like fresh fruits, low fat yogurt, etc. and lose the soft drinks and sweet tea, if that's your guilty pleasure. Can't wait for the next video!

Oh my goodness!! I just found you on TH-cam and I loved this video!! You are the first person whose video I have watched that matches my attitude towards fashion and style! I have always gravitated towards a classic style of dressing utilizing separates in neutral colors. Accessories can add a pop of color, can dress up or dress down the look. Balance is a necessity for me, whether I am creating a flower bed in the garden, creating jewelry, ( a new hobby,) or putting together an outfit. Your down to earth honesty about accepting who we are, today, spoke to me. We all have our little "flaws" to deal with but that is reality and accepting them, and embracing them, and showing grace to oneself is extremely important. Try your best when you make decisions when you’re hungry to only eat something fresh that’s what I do. Also, I don’t know if you’ve ever tried kacava but it is a all in one meal that you just add water and ice and blend. It is so good. I use it as a meal at lunchtime and I eat a fresh salad and fresh food for dinner. No process foods no gluten and that will help you lose weight. I know that works for me.
