3-6-9 Method :
1) Choose a goal and write it down in present tense & with positive feelings - in 1-2 sentences.
2) Every day write that goal with positive feelings -
a) 3 times in morning.
b) 6 times at noon or eveng.
c) 9 times at night before bedtime. (Before bedtime is d great time for manifestation of ur goals in ur SCM).
d) Also while sleeping, keep affirming (murmuring) ur goal in mind.
3) Repeat the above procedure for 21, 33 or 45 days.
By repeating ur goal 3 times / day - u create positive vibrations, strong energy and greater focus = towards manifestation of ur goal.

1. Write down 1 intention in 3 different ways
2. Read those 3 affirmations 6 times a day at 3pm, 6pm and 9pm and also 3am, 6am and 9am(ie 6 times in a day)
3. Do this for 9 days in a row.

Hello AJ, I have become a huge fan of yours. I am recovering my relationship with my bf, although I want him back I wasn't that positive and always had those negative thoughts like "what if?" But after watching your videos (recently, maybe 3 weeks) I did that 555 technique, listening to affirmations regularly and also doing that meditation on daily basis, that's boosting up my energy.
