I've watched over a dozen other videos and hadn't been successful until following along with your clear and easy demo! Thank you!!
Thanks! That's so cool to know!
I'm making these for kids at a K-8 school whose families may not be able to afford much for the holidays. So in a roundabout way, you're part of that effort. I wouldn't have thought of it (or known how to do it) if I hadn't seen this video. Thank you, Nancy.
That's really great to hear! Hope you and the kids have a great time bracelet making .
@@LeatherClassThis is not only great for the aforementioned kids, but 70-ish flower children as well. Thank you ma'am!
@@davidmccall4776 Absolutely 70-ish flower child! That's so cool to hear!

You're very welcome. Happy making...
Hi Nancy. I have a sliding knot bracelet with metal piece in the center and the adjustment knobs on each side. How do we put on the bracelet on our wrist without needing the help of someone to tighten it?
Use your teeth.
Nice video. Cute bracelet! TFS
Thank you for your sweet comment!
This helped me fix my bracelet that is super special to me. Thank youuuu
That's so cool to hear! Glad it helped you out.
Thank you very much for explaining perfectly I did my first one and it looks fantastic
Excellent that's fab to know! They make great gifts!
Really helpful video. Thanks for the posting. Kindly let me know whats the width or diameter of the leather cord?? In mm. Thanks
Glad you found it help. The leather is 4mm.
hello , will it work the same if i increase the length for it to be a lanyard?
Yes, it will!
@@LeatherClass 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I made it with my daughters it was so fun ❤❤❤ and we added beads
That's so fantastic to hear! Most excellent!!
Can charms/pendents be added to these?
Yes sure, string them on before you tie the knots or you could use a jump ring to attach charms.
When I made the bracelet, there was a lot of leather left over on the knots. How would I get rid of that?
You may have quite small wrists, so try to measure the leather around your wrist before making the actual bracelet. You may need to experiment a bit. You could also try just cutting the bits of leather left over on the knots. Hope that helps!
@@LeatherClass thank you!!
The dark green cutting board does not allow a good visual of the dark leather know.
Thanks, I'll keep that in mind for next time.
Do the knots stay? I want to gift to an athlete.
Yes! They will stay for sure. Great question.
Can you add something on it?
Yes, you can. Just slide a bead on before knotting or add a charm with a jump ring, once you complete the bracelet.
I made these with pink leather for my granddaughters. Thank you so much 😊
So glad to hear that! 😉
Thanks for sharing. Best tutorial.
Thank you for this video. Very well explained.❤
Thanks so much for your lovely comment!
it wont slide anymore 😭😭 ive used all my power to pull and it wont work
Awww....It's probably the type of leather you are using. Give it another go with perhaps a rounded cord leather - it will work! Good luck.
Thank you !!
I tried it several times now but mine doesnt slide.. theres just a knot that gets tighter.. what am I missing?
Ah now i get it😂 thanks
@@adunnou2075 Great! Glad it works.
How do I put a charm on this bracelet??
The easiest way is with a jump ring.
