SoliM if you’re 1hp and you used first aid kit, your health will mostly or fully recovered so if I’m half health like you in your situation I’d use the health kit
SoliM For the Heal If u still don’t Know there are 4 Tiers 1. The Sport drink make u faster and give u a bit health regeneration 2. The Little Health Pack where u always get 5 of heal a bit 3. The chicken heal around half of the Hp 4. First aid kit heal u completely I guess
