Replacing belt in a Sony Walkman (1990-1999)

How to replace the rubber belt in a Sony Walkman based on the WM-EX10/WM-FX10 models. This model line was produced from 1990 to 1999, all models have similar construction, use the same rubber belt and are opened in the same fashion. WM-EX19 is shown in the video.
