He said he lost cuz he understood there was a major gap in power, even if he didn't know how wide the gap was, he at least had the brain to understand he was outmatched in every way possible.
I'd recommend Mob Psycho, maybe Hunter X Hunter and Jojo's Bizarre Adventures, and Team Four Star's 'Attack on Titan Abridged' episode (covers just the first four episodes of Season 1). I remember reading that standing is definitely better for your muscles than sitting, so yeah, stand away.

Genos is strong, because that he is at S rank, however there is monsters and heroes which are absolutelly broken one of those Saitama and Tatsumaki, Genos considered Goketsu an enemy that even Saitama can't defeat so... imagine how underleveled he feels againts Goketsu Next chapter the best of the season :3 I guess... also, Saitama didn't just has infinity attack power, he has infinity defense too... remember that phrase the Hero Association said "a god resided on his flesh", so don't worry about the income damage... Saitama didn't bleed LUL only at his dreams.
This episode doesn't so much demonstrate the difference between S & A class as you said, as it does Tatsumaki and everyone else. Flashy Flash had his chance to do an attack and he pissed it off to without doing any real damage. Tatsumaki CASUALLY one shot the thing with a basic move for her.
well, if you want a reccomandation, i think you should react to 'JUJUTSU KAISEN" or 'TOKYO REVVENGER" these anime really hype and booming right now.. great plot story and action, but also fuunny. if you love one punch man, you"ll definitely love those anime as well
