Honestly, I love how people portray Gaster as like this goofy figure sometimes. It's hilarious because in all honesty, if Toby Fox were to actually do that... it would make the internet explode basically.

As a goofy Gaster portrayer myself, if Toby actually ends up making him relevant with that kind of character I will literally verbally become a tea kettle for about three days.
I love the idea of expectations being reverted, and I know Toby’s all about that anyways. I also adore silly characters.

Thank you for reminding me, but I forgot to mention that my view isn’t just all goofster stuff, I do imagine him to be serious at times as well. I feel like both serious and goofy at different times would be a nice balance for the character.

I am certain that Toby has plans for the discarded vessel.

One of my favorite details is Kris wearing the Dealmaker and Susie having the Devilsknife (hope I spelled those correctly). The way Gaster is written is quite funny.
