Subbed, first person to help me find what people are calling 'mixed' voice, and it took just a few minutes. This also helped me to find fry in my upper register why i was really struggling with. Absolute legend!!! Now i just need to practice it.
For the first time in six years, I've finally gotten the cry right. Whoo hoo! Oh my gosh I sang my favorite song 'California king bed'. The chorus notes felt so easy, but sounded powerful. Thanks Max. Honestly, I pray God rewards you on my behalf 🙏
I’m going to show more and talk less. Brother, you don’t know how happy that makes me feel and how so few vocalists do the exact opposite when trying to teach.
Great content! I see what you mean by finding the buzzing sound, but I can’t do it without raising my larynx a lot. In your example I hear you doing it without almost no larynx tilt and no tension, and sounds like a trumpet with a mute…how can you help? I appreciate it
Hello. First of all, all beginners find it with a raised larynx, so it’s normal. Try getting used to this sound first, do some octave slides. Then learn how to lower your larynx separately from this exercise. Then try to find your ng with a lower larynx each time
@@maxmishakovsingingtutorials thank you I will try that! I know how to lower my larynx at will but every time I try that while twanging, I lose the twang.
Hm I believe i got the first part right but whenever I try to go from my headvoice to that cry my Voice just goes absolutely nuts and goes to a fry instead of that sound your doing

Very good - Thank you ♥
LOL awesome!
Would you describe twang as a focused sensation in the bridge of the nose? That's exactly where I feel intense buzzing.
Yes, it resonates there

Fry is very close to this. You’re on the right way
Hi, I really like your video but I can't keep my ng sound when i'm try to sing twang. Do you have advice for me?
Hi. Could you describe it in more detail? What do you mean by keeping ng when trying to sing twang?
@@maxmishakovsingingtutorials I mean when i had the cry technique, i'm not able to keep the ng sound and the buzzy feeling
Could you send me your recording on Instagram? I need to hear it to answer you
