Yes hannah we have processed cheese in the philippines and it’s good to add in most of fruit salads so yummy😋 Hannah is right maybe you just have to add moderate amount of cheese because cheese there might be different from ours. But it’s good you have introduced it to them.

Hi hanna! Many filipinos are cheese lovers 😍 We've got all kinds of cheeses here, locally made like kesong puti (white cheese from goat's milk) and imported cheeses which are easily accessible in supermarkets. We also have cheese specialty stores. We also eat cheese with fruits, nuts and crackers and they go well with aperitifs 😍
Actually filipinos are mostly ignorant of cheese. If some eat it , it's just cheddar cheese and foreigners even question if it's really a cheddar cheese. Europeans, especially France, Switzerland and Italy have lots and lots of kinds of cheese and is a regular part of their diet. They have a cuisine based on cheese. Wala tayong ipagmamalaki sa kanila kung tungkol sa cheese.
Hanna was wondering if we have cheeses in the Phil thats why i told her that we do have cheeses here. And you are right wala tayong pwedeng ipagmalaki when it comes to cheese. Ang alam ng karamihan dito ay cheese food - yung tulad ng eden etc. On the other hand more and more people are discovering various kinds of the real deal cheeses, aside from cheddar cheese. Filipinos are familiar with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
Also i was just trying to balance hanna's impression which in my observation was quite extreme, since she never really got got the chance to see the major cities in our country. Hi hanna! I hope next time you visit the phil japet would bring you to makati and quezon city. While this is a third world country, you can still enjoy some of the good stuff you enjoy in european countries 😊
Almost 60K subs... Congratulations 🎉👏👏🎊! It's time to enjoy the yummylicious fruit salad with cheese saltiness to balance the sweet taste of the fruits. Japh let them try Maja blanca , biko, mango float... Ate Bella here always supporting your channel by not skipping ads 💖💖💖 Love you guys
The fruit cocktails consists of variety of fruits like pineapple, cherries( the one that Pinkay said she like & have in school) melon , water melon, peaches but in Philippines mango, papaya, avocado & apple. We also put kaong, nata de coco, sago and buko . Cheedar Cheese also good if they want it but since they don't like cheese , forget it. Maybe next time you try "buko pandan". Love your Family so natural & not pretentious. Simple but rock. More power.
Our fruit salad not only have cheese but raisins as well.😁 But that's my family, raisins in everything - macaroni salad, fruit salad and even in spaghetti 😅
We also do that but without cheese and mango puree. We put more pineapple chunks so it'll be more delicious. It's a regular staple during special occasions. Good day to you guys!
We dont put cheese in our fruit salad. Just the fruit cocktail (cherries, pineapples, peaches, pears, grapes) then we add coconut meat, apples, melon, cream, and condensed milk. We'd add nata and kaong sometimes. Cheese cut in cubes are awesome in chicken macaroni salad though. Chicken breast, pineapples, pickles, carrots, apples, cheese, salt, pepper, cream, and mayonnaise. 💜💜

In the Philippines we also added a young coconut meat or buko, a slice chunks of apple, a sweat kaong or palm fruite meat, a nata de coco with different colors and shapes as well as slices of a ripe banana Lakatan! I don't know if coconut, sweat kaong or palm fruite meat and banana lakatan was available in Europe.
Idol, maybe there's a nata de coco dyan in can or in a bottle. That can fill up your fruit salad if there's no coconut there. Nata de coco is alsa made of coconut. 😊😊😊👍😉
Buko salad ma yun pero nata de coco ma oover power nya yung taste at makunat sya..na try na namin 2x yung pang last hinugasan pa namin para di ma over power yung taste kaso yun nga ang kunat🤣😂🤣
Hi Japhet, I love the family harmony you have. Also next time you can add raisins which is nice to neutralize the cheese. Stay safe! To add answer from your wife about the cheese, we do have cheese made from Carabao's (water buffalo) milk. White cheese .... remember. In Bulacan we do have this.
Before the trend in food business regarding the fusion of sweet / salty flavors in desserts became a big trend and became popular especially with Pastry Chefs all over the world, Philippines 🇵🇭 palate of combining these flavor profile of sweet & salty has existed ever since the trend erupted. A suggestion, it's better if you use fresh fruits. If you're near a asian or chinese grocery store, you can buy and include in the salad apples, strawberry, kiwi, pear, melon, etc. You wouldn't have to use too many, maybe just a fruit or two of each if you're using a lot of fruits. Add a small can of cream and evaporated milk just to the chopped/diced fruits. It should be enough to wet the whole mix and not be too soupy.
You are so lucky that your wife and daughter always appreciate your effort to make them happy!
