I am the person who listens to this episode every night when i go to bed. An excellent guided sleep experience that's been tucking me in at night for years now!
I have extremely severe insomnia to the point where I sometimes go days without sleeping because my body just can’t. Listening to this is a sure fire way to knock me out. I’ve never gotten more than 20 minutes in.
