Bharat sir good evening. I just come across ur video on CCTV camera troubleshooting and loved it to core.
I also need help with respect to the CCTV system installed in my house.
8 channel cp plus, 8 bullet camera. Cp plus indigo DVR.
I faced lot of issue at the time to installation. The technician advice me to install cat 6 cables and connected 2 camera each with single cable by looping. The system worked good during day but as soon as it become dark and we switch on the lights near the camera the camera either flicker or stops. We did every thing to solve this issue but didn't find any solution. At last the technician changed the cat 6 cable with 3 in type D-Link cable for 4 camera. But still the problem persist.
At last other technician came and after several attempts he one by one powered each camera to evade the issue. In this process we find that 3 camera if we connect via SMPS or shared with other in SMPS creats the above problem. So he does is, he powered those 3 camera separately via adapter. After this the system works flawlessly.
But yesterday after heavy rain and thunderbolt/lighting those 3 camera stops working. On inspection o found that the three input ports of DVR where those 3 camera were connected is not working. If I connect to other ports the same is working.
Please guide me what is the probable cause of this.

Plz reply us regarding restarting/rebooting my cp plus 4ch hd dvr after connectiing the dlink router for 5-6 hours or more i.e. system reboots after 6 hrs of router connection other wise system works fine

Cp plus ya other dvr se at time 4/ 2 camras..1day or 2..3hrs ka backup hai toh pendirve used krte ..hai bt backup ke liye samay time bahot ho jata toh koi easy way bataiye.
