When I first heard of Gilbert's demise on the news, I didn't believe it. But reality struck when...15,000 hotel shampoos suddenly appeared on craigslist! RIP Gilly

I found out Tuesday evening driving past the Laugh Factory in Hollywood. I saw his face and something like "Making God Laugh Now". I first thought it was the name of his tour, but quickly realized what it meant. 🙏🏾

We were supposed to go and see him in Kansas City end of the month. The old lady can’t stand him. But I said we all getting older and I want to see and meet him and get a photo with him. I’d watched him since 1981.

Chip I just heard on Howard's show that Gilbert appeared on the show 120 times?! He was the best guest on that show by far! Now the Stern show absolutely sucks! So unfunny! From 2018 back to the 80's it was funny but those days are over! Gilbert Gottfried is going to be horribly missed! My heart goes out to his wife and kids!

Gilbert provided countless hours for Stern over the years. He owes a fraction of his earnings to him, at the very least he should look after his kids. But then that would take integrity, something Stern sorely lacks.
