I really do love mercie. She can be very sassy but she loves those close to her. She can easily penetrate illusion like how she sees that sylvain isnt a filanderer but a great person. She can even calm down jeritza without fighting. She cares for those close to her and is willing to help them with anything

I’d love to see an in depth look at people like dimitri and Jeritza . Maybe even people like sylvain or Claude (people who put on a smile, laid back but have a lot weighing them down) the one you did on Felix was amazing and this one is also great !

One thing I can't get off my mind about Mercedes is in BL, when the Western Church guys were sentenced to death by Rhea, and while some people like Dimitri and Ashe reacted like "Do we really have the right to determine that they deserve death?" Mercedes was like "Yeah, anyone that makes an attempt to harm the goddess must die." (this is just an approximation, but they said something like that.) In you analysis you said she is open-minded, and clearly she is, but it also it interests me a lot that aspect of her. It probably is because she grew up in the Church and as such she is really close-minded in that aspect, but for a person like her to say such aggressive words like that surprised me a lot. What do you think?

Oh, yes it does. In fact, the most multifaceted characters are probably the antagonists, that is the prosecutors. I suggest you start with the trilogy that was re-released last year on PS4, Steam, or iPhone.
Tbh I think Mercedes may also fit into the N type! (or a cusp with only slight preference if any if there is equal evidence of both). Stand out evidence for me: 1. her curiosity and open-mindedness about others religions, cultures and stories (even an enemy nation that most resent) and even willingness to prey to others' gods shows a strong appreciation for innovation and emphasis on abstract thinking, new ideas and imagination. Her humanitarian journey in the epilogue is also a classic for NF types. 2. sometimes people who describe themselves as "scatterbrained and clumsy" are N type, because they will become checked out of an acute awareness about their 5 senses, as well as time and space around them. because they are lost in their own head, often with thoughts outside of the present moment. that's how they end up losing track of their body, time and the mental processes of a task and forget things, bump into things etc lol. (since there's evidence for S as well, she may be the cusp, which can be helpful for people to know about themselves too. a cusp person could also easily become very scatterbrained because their mind is a bit at war between different thinking approaches, it has a hard time just anchoring on one S or N thought and things get lost along the way lol). She actually does strike as someone who could be on the inbetween of INFP and ISFP. she has traits of both, and i kind of like the idea that the mix of thinking types leads to her mental clumsiness 😋 her brain is too busy lol ❤

I also want to point out that War Creates Prejudice. In the game at least. I've seen multiple people calling certain characters, like Ingrid, "racist" because she's prejudice towards Dedue. War and whatever someone in a higher position tells you will create that prejudice. Remember, Ingrid, Felix, Dimitri, Sylvain, ect... were all friends and KIDS during the tragedy at Duscurr. How can you blame kids for being "racist" when they saw war take away their families and were told it was the Duscurr's fault? Especially when the game explains how the war was started and how it had nearly nothing to do with Duscurr or race. I just HATE how people will see a LITTLE bit of prejudice and call someone "racist". If that were the case, then we would ALL be racist. That's the facts of the situation. We all have a little racism in us, so I guess we're all racist. We're all prejudice. That also means we're all a little bit sexist as well. We can try to be as fair and "equal" as possible, but it's almost impossible to NOT be prejudice. More people need to understand this. These are the facts.
