Last summer a carpenter bee was chewing and making a nest in my porch, the next day I saw one of these guys appear and my parents thought it was a horsefly
Nice fly. Maybe you could make a vid about pollinators? There are even some species of bats that are pollinators that people don’t know about. If you are interested in such things maybe you could do video about them ^_^
Nice sharing
It's very nice of you to educate us about this insect and not to kill it❤❤❤❤❤🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾💪💪🙏🙏💯
Thank you ❤️
I love tiger bee flies...i have one hanging out in my garden the last few weeks.
Great close up shot, love the detail in those wings!
Thank you, I too love the pattern it have
Bruh I saw one this Sunday. It’s haunting how I got this in my recommendations.
I saw one in my garden yesterday👍
This year is the first time it is in my area

But when you mentioned not to kill it, how does it benefit the ecosystem by looking cool? There's got to be a reason
This insect roll in the ecosystem is to control carpenter bee population.
@@Mynaturefindings I see, thank you for the information

I really like your suggestion but unfortunately, we only get hummingbirds, butterflies and bees in my yard.
Don't they parasitize bees? Particularly Carpenter bees?
That is correct!
Looks similar to a deer fly
Great Info ℹ️👍🏻

Thank you. Enjoy the rest of the week ❤️❤️❤️
I'm not going out of my way to kill bugs but if that thing lands on me I'm going to slap because it looks like a horse fly.
Or instead of panicking, you can see that is black with the white spots on wings. Clearly distinguished from horse/deer flies
what this
It is a tiger bee fly.
What, this?
Well that's a minute I'm not going to get back. I was at least hoping there would be some information about it
We did mention in the video the name of the insect and whether it is harmful or not.
@@Mynaturefindings oh, so I guess that's everything there is to know...
