I love you guys but you missed an important step at around 2:50. When you want to process as opposed to juice, you must replace the juicing strainer with the processing strainer, reattach the drum cap and then attach one of the four noodle nozzles. You didn't show that. From the video it seems like all you do is replace the adjustable nozzle with the noodle nozzle, which is incorrect. You must also replace the strainer, from juicing to processing.
