I think the main difference between Hayden and Andi is intent. Andi has a history of sleeping around, and when she slept with Robin she had no clue that he was the boss, she was trying to get away from Gary's grip. The things she asked Robin to help her with did not elevate her position, they were to help her friends. We don't really know what Andi meant when she told Gary she needed Robin, because it was never explained what part he would play in her becoming partner. In Hayden's case, there were no blurred lines, the interaction between him and Marie was crystal clear and he did not hesitate to oblige Marie's advances, especially when he openly bragged to Fatima that he would have Marie eating out of his hand, but we all know when things progressed, Marie was not the one eating...

Andi and Robin was single and worked together. Hayden is Ms Marie attorney and she's his client. She's still married. Robin and Andi relationship was on going not just a short turn. Hayden can loose his job behind having sex with Ms Marie and can get sued on top of that.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Hayden sleeping his way to the top and everything to do with how cringey it is for Hayden to agree to sleeping with an old windbag like Marie. She is probably old enough to be Hayden’s mother and him actually agreeing willingly to consent to sleeping with Marie is just yuck, hence the Boomerang reference. Everyone knows that Hayden will do what he needs to do to get what he wants like Marcus in Boomerang but Andi and Fatima were caught off guard as were Marcus’s friends in Boomerang at these men taking up with such older women. Hayden coddling up with Marie was nauseating to Andi and Fatima and me too.

I can honestly say this is the 1st time I'll have to disagree with your statement. Hayden is sleeping with Mrs. Marie for his gain and not to mention, he's married. Andi isn't married and is not scheming to get ahead. Stop trying to justify Hayden's behavior.
