Dear Sir, I hope this comment finds you well. My name is Raghuvar Kimari, and I am writing to you today as I find myself in a very serious predicament, and I am hoping that you may be able to offer some guidance and assistance. I am currently in Class 11, pursuing humanities as my stream. However, I recently changed schools due to a lack of opportunities to pursue my interest in psychology. Unfortunately, my new school does not offer psychology as a subject for Grade 11 and 12. My subjects for the upcoming academic year 2023-2024 are History, Political Science, Economics, Physical Education, and English. My dream is to pursue psychology in college. I aspire to complete a BA in Psychology, followed by an MA in Psychology, and then continue on to complete a PsyD and PhD in Psychology (BA → MA → PsyD → PhD). However, some individuals who are not in the field of psychology have questioned my decision to pursue a PhD directly rather than a PsyD. Therefore, I am seeking your guidance to confirm that I am on the right track, as I may be the first person from my city to pursue psychology in such a comprehensive manner. Recently, I spoke to my elder sister who is a student at Delhi University, and she informed me that the university does not offer a BA in Psychology for males. This was alarming to me, as I am unsure if any other colleges that offer psychology as a major have a requirement of psychology at the 10+2 level. I am in desperate need of assistance, and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect with you personally over the phone. Pursuing psychology is my one true dream, and I have made many sacrifices to achieve it. If I do not find a way to continue on this path, it will be very difficult for me to find the motivation to carry on. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment. I have provided my contact number below for your convenience. Sincerely, Raghuvar Kimari, India Contact number: 91+9027379154
You are eligible for psychology seats in Christ and many other universities, Don't worry But having psychology in class 11 and 12 will help you to crack entrance examinations easily, Even if you are not studying psychology as your subject, you can definitely study on your own and avail pdf of NCERT book from net
I really have a very negative feedback about Christ university, Delhi NCR campus. disclaimer: never never apply in Delhi ncr campus. I applied for msc clinical psychology. I didn't received the link for entrance test or mock test through registered email. I called before hand and they just hung me up on the situation. they said it will be rescheduled but now they are saying they will see the availability then revert back! they are accepting that it was a technical issue.. but I just call them all the time and all they do is to linger. this is how THE CHRIST UNIVERSITY functions. they took the fees but now that it's their fault they are just neglecting.

Hey, I just wish to ask certain things. What are the requirements to get into Christ University for bsc. Psychology? Do we need to clear CUET (COMMON UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST) for that or just CUET ( CHRIST UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST) is enough followed by PI (personal interview) and skill assessment? What's the syllabus for Christ entrance test? And how did you go about it? Thank you in advance 😊
@@justamyth888_ no we just need to give CUET of Christ which is Christ University Entrance Exam and a micro presentation followed by an interview and then we are good to go for admission

@@poojapandey8086 Ohh, cool. Are you aware of some good Universities/colleges for bsc. or ba honours in psychology without having to clear CUET? And without cut off ? Just on the Entrance test basis like Christ. Esp since I hadn't taken psychology in +2..if I were to appear for CUET, should I choose psychology as the main domain or any other would suffice (let's say biology or English) and I could switch up in the college? I have been researching for a while but wasn't sure about this. I would appreciate a response. Thank you..
