So much of this resonates with me. I've had sleep issues all my life (I'm now 56, and was 53 when I finally received my hEDS dx). I'm tired. Really tired.

Hi, thanks so much for this very helpful video! just a few thoughts (as a Zebra, diagnosed 2015, at 45): I've struggled with sleep related issues even since infancy (night owl/chronic napper/overlseeper). Finally; after recent spinal surgery, I was prescribed methocarbomal (originally 750mg tabs) & find it REALLY helps with serious nerve pain that other meds miss. My pain management NP currently has me at 500 mgs, 750 mgs as needed. They make me VERY groggy though & make my dreams even more vivid & racing, slightly more nightmarish. Thx again for this very informative video 🦓🖤

I have Dysautonomia AND Sleep Apnea as well as Classical EDS. I sleep with a CPAP machine at night.

Thank you Dr. Pocinki for this info. Questions, do you see EDS patients that have mixed apnea, ie, both obstructive and central and does your protocol help them?
