I was there and saw the first show. Gaio did such an amazing job, really doing his best for you Jesse. The speaker asked the audience to be very quiet and everybody was holding its breath, we all knew his past. There were a lot of small children and they were all so very quiet and enjoying the magic between you two. I was very touched by it, so beautiful the bond you share to see right in front of you, I could feel it. Thank you Jesse, to show us what patience and love can do to a horse.

He's absolutely stunning and mesmerizing to watch his intelligence, athleticism, powerful yet playful personality and his absolute beauty... He trusts and adores you... the love between you both is obvious. Considering his past when I watch him, strong emotions stir in me as, well... he's just an amazing and gorgeous horse that is spirited and beholds proudness that wins respect and leaves people in awe of him. The Indians' say that "Horses are a gift from the Heavens" and that is so true. Sooo proud of both of you... loved the show and look forward to watching you and Gaio's life journey together as "Two Souls' Entwined for an Eternity"...

When Gaio didn't come out and you were walking away and then he came cantering out, it was like magic! You should build that into your show - some humor and it looked like Gaio missed you and wanted to be with you! Loved your show!

I say it every time. That was beyond magic. If nature and love had a baby it would be Jesse. The connection you have Jesse, with every animal is something people are in awe of. How many would have written this beautiful horse off and or how many homes would he have had. Sold on and on and on. You gave him enough love to be who he is meant to be and nobody could ever ask for more. You make many people want to do and be better with their own horses and for that uou have to be immensely proud. He is a horse that is busy in his mind and to achieve that, in that arena, shows he has you, as much as you have him. Wow.❤❤❤❤❤

Why did that make me cry? I love that he went the wrong way but corrected and came running in after you. Animals are the best. Also, when he saw himself on the big screens. Your bond with these horses gets me emotional every time

I can't believe how far this beautiful horse has come. Comparing the first videos you had of him to now, he is a different horse. He had sort of a sadness before, and now he looks so happy. What a masterful job you have done, Jesse. Very few people have the gift of being able to see into an animal's soul like you do. Bravo!
It’s truly amazing how you’ve given this horse his life back. He LOVES his new job with you. He constantly looks to you for leadership and security. Even when he is distracted by the crowd he is drawn back to you like a magnet. When he took off towards the warm up ring I truly believe he was looking for you. He knew you were out there somewhere!! When he found you in the show arena he was so happy!!!! What a marvelous exhibit of love, patience and horsemanship. You should be proud of yourself to have accomplished so much with Gaio. I can’t imagine how traumatized he must have been as a bull fighter. And then to see him with you in the show arena was magical.

A super amazing horse with so much power and yet so gentle. He just loves to play. Jesse you have transformed him and freed him to be his true self again. What a beautiful horse he is and the connection he has with you is super amazing how he trusts you and loves you really comes across in his performance. Jesse, you are very gifted young man.
What a stunning, intelligent creature. So grateful you saved him from a life of pain in the cruel bullfighting arena. He is free to be himself now. Makes me so proud to see how far you and Gaio have come, the bond is there. Love the show, especially when Gaio's backend was swishing back and forth as he danced on his hind legs,lol, too cute. Yes, England has some strange names for several items, like jumper for a sweater, pants for underwear, lift for elevator,lol, vest is the most normal sounding one, we also use that term. Cheers

I wonder if he somehow recognized himself on the screen. I mean, how many opportunities has he had to observe himself in a mirror or reflective surface at the stables at home that would cue him to recognize himself when in the "unusual," high-energy environment of the performance arena, with the lights, music, tons of people and the big suspended screen? _Maybe_ he recognized Jesse on the screen, but I'm guessing it was a coincidence - the screen would likely have been a distraction for most horses, when their trainers want their focus on _them._

I love Giao! He looked like he was having a ball. I think he will begin to crave the applause & attention he gets, and his performances will only get better...with a few sassy moments, giving it his own special touch, LOL.
Oh, Jesse, to see him come into his own in such a bold, sassy, showy way, always with one eye on you, is incredible. He's doing it his own way, and checking, checking, checking to what's next. He looked so happy. Seeing him run to you made me cry. I have to watch again. Jesse, I really hope you are proud of what he's becoming, and it's all because of your caring, and the patience with which you have developed him. It's just so obvious to me that he's never known a bond like that. I doubt many horses have, and it's so much to your credit, Jesse. So proud of both of you.

I know nothing about horses but I am really touched, even crying, by the way you work together and can feel trust an connection. The way Gaio returned to you showed like 'here I am, of course I am back on stage, , I want to be with you, i want to perform together, come on, friend, lets show them our bond'. I am sure I am right about that😊
I thought it was planned. You were on one end of the arena and Gaio came in. He was looking for you. He knew you were there and he went in with the intent to find you. He looked all around the arena and when he saw you, he ran to you. I thought it was a beautiful moment. I’ve never seen a horse that truly loves his owner. Gaio loves you. It’s so evident.

Gaio did really well…. when he took off at the end, it almost looked like that was part of the skit so I’m sure the audience was wondering, but clearly he connects with you and joins up with you. He is just stunning and his coat and mane and tail or gorgeous… thanks to your helpers and I am sure as they said… their hearts skipped a beat when Gaio took off. 😬❤

What a great show by gorgeous Jesse and Gaio, he did so well for his first show, you must be so proud. I detest bullfighting and have refused to attend one in spite of having holidayed in southern Spain for many years with my family. The poor brave bulls are just tortured to death and I think it's just the modern equivalent of the Romans watching gladiatorial games in the Coloseum. It's time we were kinder to ALL animals, not just the cute ones. ❤❤😅

Gaio is absolutely brilliant! He is so in love with Jesse and under Jesse's yraining, Gaio has become a wonderful, loving horse. It's you Jesse. You ahow Gaio nothing but love and tenderness. I cry thinking about Gaio's past and the amount of extreme stress he was under 24 hours a day, every day. So cruel for this big beautiful exquisite horse. Don't you ever, never abandon this beautiful creature Jesse. Don't do it. Gaio has a true friend in you and you make him feel safe and loved, that is obvious. If you ever get rid of Gaio I will not watch your videos. I will be done. I want to see compassion and tenderness.

This was fabulous! Gaio looked like he was having the time of his life! His spirit seemed to be soaring during so much of that, it was so touching to see. Also, the way he focuses in on you Jesse is amazing. The two of you have definitely built a bond that is very deep, and the love you have for each other shown through and lit up the arena. This made even this cold heart warm and smile.
