I wish more programs would copy the format and create a culture like Colorado and invite former superstars interested in coaching a chance. I could see Chris Carter coaching somewhere, Michael Irvin, ray lewis, ed reed just to name a few.

Coach Sapp is doing what he said he was going to do when he was first introduced to the team, and that is pouring concrete for the foundation of a good defensive line! All these young men have to do is absorb what he's pouring into them.
Not sure he wants the HC position but he is definitely in his element. If this coaching staff stays together for 3 seasons, I see back to back championships in the near future.....
Sapp is the guy who loves this game so much he got a cot in the back just to close his eyes for a few hours so the coffee can get hot and then he's up and atom. 😂someone get this man a RV so he can just be at the facility from start. We need him at CU 24/7 for these kids. I wish I had some eligibility left!!! This is pure joy watching him teach. These kids better appreciated this HOFer!!!

Coach Sapp is bringing that knowledge...I I can really tell those guys love that man( most respect 👏). This is one of the best decision Coach Prime made is to bring on the SAPP 💯
The message Sapp is teaching is probably similar at every D1 school. The big difference is who is delivering the message. The players are more likely to listen and respond to a Hall of Fame guy like Sapp.
It's not similar cause you can see the huge difference between Sapp and Coach Dancy. Most dLine coaches are like Coach Dancy. But Sapp is teaching that actual hand combat and intensity needed to be great. The guys that try to emulate Sapp will be the starters on the Dline and you can see the difference in how some players take the knowledge and others have no clue what Sapp is trying to teach them.
@@studiobauhaus7740 Excellent point. Even the other DLine coach who played in the NFL doesn't have the same passion/tenacity/involvement with teaching the way Sapp does. He can be emulated but the conviction he speaks with and the standards he has has to be respected because he was capable of doing it himself. He also breaks it down well. Telling Carter to use 2 hands is so basic but I have seen PLENTY of DTs get held up by an OL because they didn't use the other hand to get him off of them.
Mannnn I LOVE getting all this content. I watch this more than I do TV. BUT as a new CU fan… the only thing I don’t like is other teams getting perspective on our guys weaknesses and our formations and such… it’s tough cause I love seeing it 😂😂… but I don’t want opposing teams too hahaha

I love it. The excitement warned that young man to be all he could be. I played college football. AS RETIRED MILITARY I RELATE WITH COACH SAPP, AND COACH PRIME. I KNOW REAL M F. I train the best of the best. SO, THAT HATE COACH PRIME IS SOME ELSE Is personal. Because COACH PRIME is the real deal. When I was following BIM COACHING IN high school I said then the coach prime could be a army ranger.
