I'm making my daughter a second crochet blanet, but the first one for her made of granny squares. I sent her pictures of at least 30 granny squares, and out of all of them she thought yours was the prettiest. For people that keep making pentagons, make sure you do the 3 single crochets on the first round of the border, otherwise you just continue to follow the shape of the star rather than the square shape we want

I have a problem with doing the second part of the white background. I cant find a point for the third single stitch and when i get it done it ends up with 5 corners. What am I doing wrong?
I know it’s late but perhaps you aren’t crocheting the two triple crochets on the previous round that are supposed to be together, together?
When that happend I just added a second single crochet before I started

For people that keep making pentagons, make sure you do the 3 single crochets on the first round of the border, otherwise you just continue to follow the shape of the star rather than the square shape we want
